The Precision Recruitment International is hiring an Operations Manager.

Responsibilities

• Respond to the clients’ enquiries or queries and address any problems raised to ensure that service levels are kept to the required levels;
• Build and maintain relationships with new and current clients;
• Assist the country manager in the composition of action plans designed to maximise strengths and opportunities;
• Continually evaluate the efficiency of all operational procedures;
• Ensure compliance with the requirements of the quality management system.

Requirements

• National Senior Certificate with FIATA Diploma or relevant freight forwarding qualification;
• 8+ years of freight forwarding experience (3 of them at managerial level);
• Strong understanding of Mozambique Customs clearance and delivery processes;
• Knowledge of Transit cargo and Shipshape systems;
• Good communication and problem solving skills with fluency in written and spoken Portuguese and English.
